       YF Series PVC profiles extrusion line is mainly used in PVC plastic steel doors and windows profile,window panels, perforated pipe threading and foam profile extrusion products. The production line according to the different requirements of customers and cross-sectional shape of the mold, you can choose the most suitable twin-screw extruder , and equipped with the appropriate vacuum form-ing . Cuttting and other auxiliary traction.

      The extruder of this extrusion line is the special designed extruder , this extruder is equipped with the temperature controlling guages which have the advantages of high precision temperature controlling , easy and reliable operation . The vacuum calibration table equipped with the strong cooling device which ensure the cooling effect . 
      PP hollow grid plate due to a light weight , high strength , moisture , good environmental performance and secondary processing performance , can be processed into crates , boxes .
