LFT-G Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic Pelletizing Line
Applications: LFT-G pellet is mainly applied in the local reinforcement of the structural and decorative materials which need high strength, lightweight and safety, that for automotive component and trim, lightweight components for aircraft, high speed train body and floor, etc.

Advantages of Pelletizing Line
1. Suitable for glass fiber content: 30-60%
2. Length of LFT-G pellets: 3-30mm
3. New generation infiltrating die, can improve the infiltrating degree between the melt and fiber, lower the rate of fiber breakage, extend the infiltrating.
4. New designed pelletizer, the cutter rotary speed is adjustable according to the different pellet length.
5. Outer doffing and internal drawnwork sharing model.
