Product application:
PVC WPC Foamed Board Making Machine is a late-model board of surface crusting with its core layer under foaming treatment which ensures the smooth surface, light weight and strong indensity, and it can be processed like wood plate. PVC foamed plates are widely used in fields of advertise lettering, construction, decoration, windows and doors of furniture, etc.
Main Features of pvc foam board extrusion machine line:
1. Wood-plastic mould plate, resembling wood in appearance, is more fixed in size than wood without cracks, curls, protu berances, and cross grains. It has the features of better physical and chemical property, to ensure higher density and longer service life.
2. Wood-plastic mould plate can be reproduced like wood. It can be cut, planed, made a bond by glue or fastened with nails or screws. It's easy to maintain.
3. Preserved from acid, alkali, corrosion, impervious to attacks by insects and rats, wood-plastic mould plates provide less moisture absorption.
4. The product can be recycled and degraded for environmental protection.
Main Features
1)Weather resistance: The surface treatment of the resin with UV weathering sunlight to prevent UV-induced fatigue yellowing . UV bond agent has a special surface, and can absorb ultraviolet rays into visible light for the photosynthesis of plants have a good stabilizing effect.
2) Impact: intensity is 10 times that of ordinary glass.
3)A flame retardant.
4)Temperature resistance: -40ºC - 120ºC temperature range the product will not cause deformation or quality degradation.
5)Portability: light weight,easy handling,and drilling or truncated installation , easy to break , simple construction process is good .
