The production line according to the different requirements of customers and cross-sectional shape of the mold, you can choose the most suitable twin-screw extruder , and equipped with the appropriate vacuum form-ing . Cuttting and other auxiliary traction.
The extruder of this extrusion line is the special designed extruder , this extruder is equipped with the temperature controlling guages which have the advantages of high precision temperature controlling , easy and reliable operation . The vacuum calibration table equipped with the strong cooling device which ensure the cooling effect .
The fire protection performance is remarkable, difficult to burn ,anti corossion,alkali , radiates quickly,high lighting, logn life-span.
