HV900,integral barrel design ,and vacuum venting system,L/D ration is 34:1
2. Ceramic heating rings with cover,all 8 zones,total heating power of 97Kw, air cooling on
barrel,cooling power of 0.55*8=4.4Kw
3. High quality of domestic gear box, with super torque, low noise, stable processing. And oil
outer recycling cooling system for the gear box
4.DC motor ,power of 160Kw,motor connected with belt, with speed regulation controlling
5. Output capacity of 300-500Kg/h,good plasticizing, stable processing, makes sure the
material will be distributed uniformly into mold.
6. The extruder temperature control adopts imported parameter, and mainly adopts
