Fiber tape Continuous Reinforced Thermoplastic UD tapes are available in rolls of unidirectional tape and multi-ply laminates. Multi-ply laminates can be made by consolidating Fiber tape UD tapes in desired stacking orientation and sequence to form a thermoplastic composite sheet. These sheets can be used with composite family products to make high impact resistant thermoplastic sandwich panels.

Fibrotape is a highly engineered advance continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic UD tapes and laminates offered in a wide range of continuous fiber and resin combinations to increase stiffness / strength and impact resistance of the thermoplastic composite parts.

All these materials can be post-formed and co-molded with mixed thermoplastic materials in thermoforming process to achieve part designs that meet the most demanding performance targets.
