YF Series PVC Plastic Wood Door Panel Extruding Line is mainly used in PVC plastic steel doors and windows profile,window panels, perforated pipe threading and foam profile extrusion products. The production line according to the different requirements of customers and cross-sectional shape of the mold, you can choose the most suitable twin-screw extruder , and equipped with the appropriate vacuum form-ing . Cuttting and other auxiliary traction.
The extruder of this extrusion line is the special designed extruder , this extruder is equipped with the temperature controlling guages which have the advantages of high precision temperature controlling , easy and reliable operation . The vacuum calibration table equipped with the strong cooling device which ensure the cooling effect .
PP hollow grid plate due to a light weight , high strength , moisture , good environmental performance and secondary processing performance , can be processed into crates , boxes .
The product line collect te advantages of wood and plastic .It not only has appearance of natural wood, but also overcomes shortcoming of wood, it has good processing performance which is similar to wood,its fixed force is clearly stronger than nomal wood material .It has physical characteristics, such as resistance to compression, impact and others which are similar to hard wood. And its durable function is clearly better than nomal wood.Wood-plastics materials and products can be resistance strong acid and alkali,water proof,orrosion resistance,besides,derm can breed on it. it' not moth-eaten.It can be aging resistance,static electricity resistance.
