Efficiency PP Pipe Extrusion Line
Change the production line:the GPM company developed a new type of pipe production line for PE, pp and other polyolefin extrusion speed,all models with advanced PLC/PCC modular intelligent control system,in order to realize the whole production line automation and real-time data recording and closed-loop control,the production line has some high yid,wide adaptation of raw materials,sustained and stable production of high quality products such as columns a bit.
Large diameter pipe moulds are with inner blower cooling device , even wall thickness , reduce melt-droop.
2-16 claws haul-off unit , choosable according to different pipe diameter can use servo control system.
High precision winding system,servo control , inventer winder .
Spiral structure inner sleeve and forced cooling system, increased 50% output than the regular type.
