Backwash net filter is based on a double cylinder design that works without any additional seals and is equipped with four screen cavities.Honeycomb panel. This design can be used to process a large number of contaminated polymers to melt (recycled materials).
At the inlet side, the rheologically optimized flow path separates the high temperature melt. Diverted to four honeycomb panels at equal flow rates. In the automatic reverse cycle process, residual impurities are backflushed from the respective honeycomb sheets to the discharge passages in sequence using the high temperature melt. During this process, the other
three honeycomb panels remain in production, ensuring continuous operation of the equipment and minimizing system pressure fluctuations. The screen fixing plate keeps the screen in a normal position unaffected during the recoil process.
