CFRT(Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic composites) --Is based on thermoplastic resin as matrix and continuous fiber as reinforcement material, a new type of thermoplastic composite material with high strength, high rigidity, high toughness, and recyclable that is formed through resin melt impregnation, extrusion and other processes.
CFRT-UD Unidirectional belt
CFRT unidirectional tape is a single-layered, fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite sheet in which the continuous fibers are unrolled and laid and impregnated with a thermoplastic resin. It is characterized by fibers arranged parallel to each other (0° direction) without interlacing. Product width: 300mm/600mm/1200mm, can be customized.
Main applications: automotive interior and exterior trims, thermoplastic winding pipes, sports leisure, home building materials, transportation logistics, military protection, aerospace.

As a kind of high performance engineering material, polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) has many advantages in performance. After years of painstaking research and development, GPM has mastered the core technology of PPS+ continuous carbon fiber thermoplastic impregnation process, and launched PPS+CF thermoplastic unidirectional tapes production line to the market.
GPM's machinery adopts melt impregnation process, which is different from the conventional powder method and solution method. It can realize the continuous and stable molding production of PPS- unidirectional adhesive tape, and has the conditions for quantitative production. PPS high performance granule is extruded by melt plasticization through special high temperature extruder, It is quantitatively transported by the melt pump, and the thermoplastic is dispersed and impregnated and compounded with the continuous carbon fiber in the impregnation mold.
The width of the product is 300-600mm, and the thickness is 0.2-0.22mm. The specific gravity of CF and PPS is about 1:1.
The UD tape produced has smooth surface, good impregnation effect and uniform continuous fiber distribution. It can meet the professional application fields of aerospace, weapons, military industry, rail transit, medical sports and so on.
