GPM seriespe drip tapes with double blue line making machineis mainly used in the production of agricultural drainage, water supply and drainage, and garden.. The unit consists of conical double/ parallel double extruder, mold, vacuum forming tank, multi-claw haul-off machine, planetary(chipless) cutting machine, stacker and so on. And the line can be equipped with Comptroller thickening instrument or computer inkjet printer, etc. to achieve the production and manufacture of high-grade tubing.

Part 1: The main Extruder
1. The screw is made of nitride steel (38GrMALA), the surface is nitrogen treated to make it hardness. The extruder of the equipment is comprised of the extruding screw of f65,33: l, the quality of screw and screw barrel are higher than the national standard required.
2. The warming is controlled by PID proportional control in the fluctuation at ±0.5ºC and warmed into seven segment to ensure stable production of the dripping tube.
3. The semi-auto Net-change machine, when pressure contrast reach to desired value, it means remind the operator to change filter net. Operator may change filter net by touch the filter net control button. The whole process only takes about 1-2 minutes, it is very efficient work.
4. The main-motor use 37KW direct current motor.

Part 2: Continuous dripper extruding system, and the double line extruding system
The screw for continuous dripper extruding is made of nitride steel (38GrMALA), the surface is nitrogen treated to make it hardness. The extruder of the equipment is comprised of the extruding screw of f45,30: l, the quality of screw and screw barrel are higher than the national standard required.

Part 3: Vacuum calibration system
1. The water container is controlled by gearing chain, guiding by straight-line slide-way, this can increase accuracy for the equipment and stable operation for the water container.
2. To avoid tube rotation during production, we make a special device and given tube a treatment. When tubes pass through this device will not rotated itself, therefore ensure drilling accuracy.
3. Water pump use GRUNDFOS products made in Denmark, and Xinhuan vacuum pump, increase stable performance and reliable equipment.
4. Vacuum cooling water use small closed loop circulation method; it has electrical heater and industrial water cooling machine, attach a filter device. Auto adjustment for hot and cold water. The filter device for the closed circulation system in machine nose modular could save soft water 0.5 m/per day, this may reduce running cost.
5. All parts which connect to the water are made of stainless steel. Water tank is a special design unit, it save time when operations.
Part 4: Second cooling device
1. The whole equipment made of stainless steel. Cooling time depends on requirement, and may increase and decrease.
2. Install double dryer device to dry drip tube, use less air when machine runs, but it still remove water on the tube.
Part 5: Haul-off machine
A special traction engine use double rube caterpillar only for produce drip tube.
This equipment use closed loop structure, it has comprehensive safety measure, and it has an orientation device at entry and exit area. The clearance between caterpillar belts can be adjusted.
3. AC servo-control system is DELTA made in TAIWAN. Maximum running speed can reach 200m/min, it has high accuracy rate when assembly operations.
Part 6: Punching machine.
1. The machine has mechanical slot drilling device which applied international patent technology, is an upgraded and modified automatic tracing punching type. The punching device and emitter detection device can be adjusted according the traction speed.
